Fan Convectors

Unit Heaters
Copperad Unit Heaters are designed for larger spaces where dependable heat output is the priority. With outputs up to 50.9kW and enhanced surface area heat exchangers, they are well suited to warehouses, light industrial units, sports halls, and other high-volume spaces. Units are available in LTHW, MTHW, and steam variants, with coil options across two, three, and four rows to match the temperature profile of the connected heating system.
Ceiling Tile Fan Convectors
The ceiling tile range fits directly into standard suspended T-bar ceiling grids, available in 600×600mm and 1200×600mm formats. Three models cover the main application scenarios: the CT Solo for standard LPHW systems, the CT Duo for larger rooms requiring twin-unit coverage, and the CT Solo Plus, which features an enhanced heat exchanger for use with low-temperature heating systems and heat pumps. Thermostats and switches are included as standard. These units are particularly well suited to office refurbishments and education projects where a discreet, integrated appearance is required.
Compatibility With Low-Temperature and Heat Pump Systems
The shift towards heat pumps and low-temperature hot water (LTHW) systems has changed what specifiers need from terminal units. Heat pumps typically supply flow temperatures in the range of 45°C to 55°C, compared with 70°C to 80°C for conventional boiler systems. Emitters must therefore extract more heat from a lower-temperature flow if they are to maintain the same room conditions.
Across the Copperad range, this is addressed through increased-depth coil options and high-efficiency EC motors. The unit heater range, for example, offers two-row coils for conventional boiler systems, three-row coils suited to condensing boilers and systems in the early stages of LTHW transition, and four-row coils designed specifically for heat pump and low-temperature applications. The CT Solo Plus fan convector follows the same principle, with an enhanced heat exchanger for heat pump compatibility.
